FCC Concesiones has renewed its commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace by signing up to the Diversity Charter 2026–2027, an initiative launched by the Diversity Foundation and supported by the European Commission to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

The Diversity Charter is a manifesto that promotes principles reflecting companies’ commitment to equal opportunities for workers.

At FCC Concesiones, these principles are reflected in the prohibition of any form of discrimination. We firmly believe in the value of diversity and therefore carry out awareness-raising activities on equal opportunities and respect for all people. We also encourage diverse teams.

Everyone, regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or characteristics, culture, race or any other individual characteristic, embodies the value of diversity, and FCC Concesiones will continue to work to ensure that workplaces remain inclusive and safe for all employees.
