FCC Concesiones has increased its revenue by 4.8%, reaching 52.9 million euros in the first half of 2026. The increase in revenue is attributable to the full consolidation of Ibisan (the Ibiza–San Antonio motorway) in Spain in June last year. The other concessions, covering both roads and trams, made a similar contribution to that of the 2025 financial year. 

In Spain, turnover reached €50.5 million, 5.2% higher than in the previous financial year. Internationally, the Cotuco concession in Mexico remained at levels similar to those of 2025.

EBITDA reached €32.2 million, an increase of 9.9% compared with the previous year, mainly due to the contribution from the Ibisan concession. The EBITDA margin stood at 60.9%, compared with 58% in the first half of 2025, thanks to the lower relative contribution from development revenue from the Aragón concession. FCC Concesiones contributed 4.4% to the FCC Group’s EBITDA during the first half of 2026.

Net operating profit stood at €21.2 million, representing a decrease of 9.8% compared with the previous year. This difference is explained by higher depreciation and amortisation costs resulting from the full consolidation of Ibisan.

The concession revenue portfolio as at June 2026 remained slightly below the figure for December of the previous year, standing at €3,118.9 million. At the end of the first half of the year, the division’s parent company, FCC Concesiones, held a total of 14 concessions with varying levels of ownership.
