FCC Concesiones increases its turnover by more than 45% in the first half of 2025

The FCC Group's concessions business increased its turnover by more than 45% in the first half of 2025, reaching €50.5 million. This performance is mainly due to the strong performance of the various concessions and the increase in both road and tram traffic.

By geographical area, most of the revenue is concentrated in Spain, with a total of €48 million, representing an increase of 55.8% compared to the previous year. This growth is largely due to the entry of the Aragon Concession and the positive performance of the Parla Tramway. Meanwhile, the Coatzacoalcos concession in Mexico has continued to perform well, with an improvement of 30.6% compared to the first half of 2024.

The Concessions area contributed 4.3% to the FCC Group's EBITDA during the first half of 2025. Gross operating profit reached €29.3 million, representing an increase of 26.8% compared to the same period in 2024, thanks to increased traffic and the addition of new concessions. The operating margin stood at 58%, compared to 66.4% in the first half of 2024, due to the development phase of the road concession in Aragon.

Net financial debt was reduced to zero at the end of 2024 and remained unchanged during the first six months of 2025.

The FCC Group's concessions business focuses on the development, operation and maintenance of infrastructure, mainly transport and other public facilities. At the end of the first half of 2025, FCC Concesiones held a total of 14 concessions with varying degrees of ownership (five of which are fully consolidated).
