FCC Concesiones’ EBITDA grew by 7 per cent during the first nine months of 2026

FCC Concesiones’ turnover stabilised at 81 million euros during the first nine months of 2026. This performance is attributable to the contribution made during the development phase of the Aragón concession (Route 8), together with the contribution from Ibisan (the Ibiza–San Antonio motorway), which has been fully consolidated throughout the 2026 financial year.

By geographical area, turnover in Spain, which accounts for 95.6 per cent of the total, reached 77.4 million euros. The remaining concessions, both road and tram, made a stable contribution. Meanwhile, the Cotuco concession in Mexico achieved a turnover of 3.6 million euros, representing an increase of 2.9 per cent.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose by 7% to 47.7 million euros, mainly due to the greater contribution from the Ibisan concession. Consequently, the EBITDA margin increased during the first nine months of the year, standing at 58.9% compared with 54.8% in the previous year.

FCC Concesiones’ portfolio stood at 3,091 million euros, showing a slight decline compared with the same period in 2025.
