The FCC Group's Concessions Area increased its revenue by 45.5%, reaching €112 million in the 2025 financial year. The Concessions area's activity focuses on the development, operation and maintenance of infrastructure, mainly transport and other public facilities. FCC Concesiones holds a total of 14 concessions with varying degrees of participation (6 fully consolidated, 3 accounted for using the equity method and 5 financial holdings).

The increase in revenue is largely due to the development phase of the Aragón road concession and the inclusion of Ibisan in the full consolidation during the first half of the year. Likewise, the increase in traffic, both road and tram, has contributed to the good performance recorded.

By geographical area, most of the revenue is concentrated in Spain, with a total of €107.5 million, representing an increase of 54% over the previous year. This increase is mainly due to the inclusion of the concessions in Aragon (Route 8) and Ibisan (Ibiza-San Antonio motorway). At the international level, the Cotuco concession (Mexico) has continued to perform well.

Gross operating profit reached €60.4 million, representing an increase of 10.8% over the same period last year, thanks to increased traffic and the addition of new concessions. Net operating profit stood at €43.4 million.

At the end of 2025, the concession portfolio stood at €3,174.5 million. Finally, net financial debt remained at zero at the end of 2025.
